Description
Our first gose! Elderberry gose is part of our Hedgerow series. We used 85kg of elderberries from the beautiful Silver Hill Farm that we lactic fermented with Halen Mon Salt. We then blended the berries into our Kettle sour using our house bacteria to balance. Our little ode to a surf at dusk - one of our favourite things to do. Nothing quite like that moment when the sky steeps into that perfect hue of crimson, whilst getting a whip of fresh sea spray in your face.
