We’re so excited to have teamed up with Will Devlin of The Small Holding to bring you a limited edition Rhubarb & Meadowsweet Berliner Weisse - the second beer in our Earth Ale Chef Series.
Will cooks with a green thumb, where growing and foraging is at the heart of what he does. His food honours the unique connection between the land and table. This beer was inspired by his style - bringing the farm and wild to your glass.
Together, we created a rhubarb puree using Kent farmed Rhubarb and foraged meadowsweet, which we blended into our house kettle sour. Imagine a rhubarb tart, with subtle notes of almond and vanilla to round it off.
