Description
This single-hop pale is bright, fresh and floral, with subtle notes of meringue. It heroes Kazbek hops and our own house yeast strain. We first brewed this beer in 2020 when the world turned upside down.
We named it after the perennial sunflower. Much like Van Gogh’s famous Sunflowers, which represents gratitude, we brewed this beer as a reminder that there’s beauty in all of life’s seasons.
We hope it’s a beer you can enjoy with good company, to celebrate just that.
