Description
Polykeg. Like all of our beers, made with water from our very own borehole. We make our lagered beers very slowly, fermenting at the traditional low temperatures for a very long time. We use lager malts, and the classic hop varieties, Saaz and Mittelfruh to produce a complex hop character, a long maturation time completes this very complex Pilsner derived Lager Bier.
