Description
It all started with the Pale Ale. Less aggressive than an IPA, brewed using English aroma hops to give a light and refreshing beer. British Hops give a great aroma with no resinous bite. Hop lead bitterness with a notable, but not overstated, aromatic finish in line with the classic Pale Ale style, all underscored by subtle foundations of Pale Malts. Like all of our beers, made with water from our very own borehole.
