Settle into this beer upon an evening and you will soon get lost in its clean notes of tropical fruit and citrus, provided by Mosaic and Cluster hops and Vienna malts. But don’t get too comfortable: Kamikaze is spikier than most other session ales, carrying a lingering bitterness to keep the palate interested long into the night. Vessel: 30L Polykeg. Brewed in Lazio (Italy) by the Free Lions microbrewery.
