We love a west over at SOK so we pulled out all the stops and brewed our modern version of a classic westy...crammed full of Amarillo, Chinook, Mosaic and Strata, it's perfectly balanced and crisp with just the right amount of sticky grapefruit, lemon, floral bouquets and pine flavours with a spiky bitterness pinch on the finish.
