Description
Embra pours amber red with one finger of long lasting off white foam. The nose is hoppy with a little caramel. The taste is a classic full bodied amber beer with powerful aromas of earthy fruits. Malt and caramel flavours help to balance a full, yet soft bitterness. Surprisingly brilliant with full flavoured, traditional soups. Rather good with tomato based dishes too. The American Chinook hop dominates here.
