Description

Oak aged Surrey wild Ale with Citra cryo Mosaic Spectrum Fuggles and Cascade. Spontaneously fermented and aged in Oak barrels this beer was then moderately dry hopped with our farm grown Fuggles and Cascade alongside Citra Cryo and Mosaic spectrum ; the beer allows modern and classic hops to co-exist alongside being delicate and balanced to allow the farm yeast culture to express itself.

Brewed using 100% solar energy.

Bottle conditioned beer store cold and upright if you wish to retain the fresh impactful hop flavour or store horizontally at cellar temperature to unlock the wild yeast flavours. Bottled Winter 2023 BBE 2028
