Description
Double Blackberry & Blackcurrant Radler - Brewed using a Biere de coupage method, using a 1 year old spontaneous barrel to ferment 1000L of wort. Then transferred onto Blackberry and Blackcurrant at a rate of 60% beer 40% juice. This beer will turn more complex due to wild yeast presence but is designed as a fun, fruity sour easy drinking fruit/beer hybrid.
