Description
Double Mango and Pineapple Radler - Mango and Pineapple smoothie Radler. Brewed using a Biere de coupage method, using a 1 year old spontaneous beer barrel to ferment 1000L of wort. Then transferred onto mango and Pineapple at a rate of 60% beer 40% juice. This beer will turn more complex due to wild yeast presence but is designed as a fun, easy drinking fruit/beer hybrid.
