Double dry hopped Barrel aged ale with Rakau, Waimea and UK Cascade - This Third iteration of the impressions series features Rakau, Waimea courtesy of Freestyle hops in New Zealand and our Cascade grown on-site it allows us to experience the complex interplay between modern hop varietals and their heritage counterparts from where many of the modern hops originate from. Hazy, juicy and tart.
