Our 2021 vyntage of sparkling elderflower wine captures the taste of summer in a can: off-dry, with a heady elder fragrance, refreshing but intoxicating at 5.3%.
It's made with wild elderflowers, Welsh mountain spring water, fresh lemon & champagne yeast in the Brecon Beacons, nurtured by hand in small batches. Low in sugar, gluten free, and preservative free, it's the perfect refreshment for sunny afternoons.
