Christmas and New Year Shipping Dates - 2019 to 2020
Christmas is fast approaching, so to make sure you're well prepared, we've pulled together the dates you need to know.
This page is being regularly updated so the below information is our early guidance and we'll add more dates as we get them!
As we're a marketplace and all the beers are sent to you directly from the producer, the last shipping date varies by producer (some go on holiday earlier than others!).
For the vast majority of orders, the latest deadline is 17.00 on Friday 20th December 2019, or 17.00 on Thursday 19th December for heavier items (Kegstar kegs and all casks) for a good chance of pre-Christmas delivery. These should then be collected on Monday 23rd and delivered on Tuesday 24th December. Orders after this time will not be received until after Christmas. However, our carriers are very busy at this time of year and delays can occur.
If you can order earlier, or are in Northern Ireland or a remote part of the UK, we highly recommend it, just in case anything happens to go wrong and delays the shipping.
Scottish and Northern Irish producers usually take longer to ship, so if ordering from them, please expect longer delays.
Many of our producers are not around between Christmas and New Year. Those that are around will be shipping on 27th and 30th December, for deliveries on 30th/31st December.
Below is a table of all of the producers that have informed us to date of their opening hours. Producers that are not on this list are assumed to be shipping as normal, however if you need the products urgently and can't afford any delays, please contact your account manager before ordering to confirm shipping times.
Producers Available Throughout Christmas
The following producers have all confirmed that they are available throughout the Christmas period (other than the 25th Dec, 26th Dec and 1st Jan) and will be able to dispatch orders. Whilst producers not listed on this page are assumed to be around, the following have confirmed it, so are much better bets if you need delivery as soon as possible.
